We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, your order can no longer be canceled or modified.
We are unable to update billing addresses after an order is placed. However, as long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be processed without any issues. Please check your order confirmation to ensure all details are correct.

We do ship to Mail Forwarding Service addresses. However, once the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the items after they have reached the shipping address on file. Orders or items shipped to Mail Forwarding Service addresses are not eligible for replacements of any kind.
We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that shipping to a P.O. box may result in delayed delivery times as determined by the carrier.

We offer digital gift cards that can be used on MariaJones.store only. During checkout, you will have the option to enter the recipient’s email address for direct delivery of the gift card. If you prefer, you can enter your own email address and forward the gift card to the recipient at a later time.
